Long sleeved cotton embroidered shirt Large

A beautiful shirt created from intricate embroidery from the 1970s.  The original owner had used this round tablecloth under her wedding cake, but it has since sat in a cupboard for years.  She is happy to see it being transformed into something wearable that celebrates the stunning embroidery.

With long sleeves and a slightly longer body style, this shirt looks good worn over a t-shirt or camisole, or equally as good with the buttons fastened.   The hem is slightly rounded, following the shape of the circular tablecloth and makes use of the beautiful, scalloped edge.

Care Instructions

I recommend you hand wash your shirt in warm water with gentle laundry detergent.  DO NOT tumble dry as this can damage the gorgeous embroidery.  New stains can be spot washed with stain remover, warm water and dabbed with a clean cloth, then hand washed as soon as possible.  Always check your stain remover is suitable for linen/cotton and spot test in a hidden area if possible.
